Processing Times
We process orders within 2 business days of receiving them. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.


Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to reflect in the carrier's system.


Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.


Lost or Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the order has been shipped. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for assistance. However, if you experience issues, feel free to reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist.


Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
